Cant log in or find support

I just downloaded and spent the last 45 minutes googling and trawling through forums trying to find support for why I cant even log in first time. Very frustrated and annoyed. Feel like I just got taken for a ride. Where is the support for this app? Am I missing something? I dont want to just throw away a dollar... Deserves a 0 star rating in my book until I can get in and see what its all about.
